Tax & Shipping Policies

TAX

  • All Purchases are subject to 9.25% Antioch, CA sales tax which is added to your order total at checkout.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders under $100 include USPS domestic first class shipping and come with tracking but not insurance.

  • OPTIONAL $100 insurance can be purchased at the request of the purchaser for an additional $5.00. If you would like to purchase the additional $100 insurance on your purchase, please add the Shipping Insurance Upgrade to your cart before checking out.

  • Shipping can be upgraded to USPS Domestic Priority 2-3 day shipping for an additional $5.00. Please add the Priority Shipping Upgrade to your cart before checking out.

  • All orders over $100 include USPS domestic Priority shipping and come with $50 of insurance and tracking.
    • Priority Shipping comes with $50 insurance via USPS.

    • An OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL $100 insurance can be purchased at the request of the purchaser for an additional $5.00. If you would like to purchase the additional $100 insurance on your purchase, please add the Shipping Insurance Upgrade to your cart before checking out.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


  • Prices are shown in US Dollars.
  • Customers outside the US pay the total cost of shipping minus $5.00.
    • Additional shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer via email following purchase and must be paid in full prior to product shipment.

  • Import Duties, Customs, VAT, and all other charges associated with international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • ALL SHIPMENTS


    • It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address.

    • Items are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment unless otherwise communicated.

    • Tracking information is provided in writing following shipment.

    • Once shipped, buyer assumes all responsibility for the items.  Seller is not responsible for delays in shipments due to USPS delays, deliveries to the wrong address, or otherwise lost or stolen packages, 

    Refund, Return & Exchange Policies

    REFUNDS

    • We do not offer refunds.  However, should you have trouble with your purchase, please contact us.


    RETURNS

    • We do not accept product returns. However, should you have trouble with your purchase, please contact us.


    EXCHANGES


    • We do not accept product exchanges. However, should you have trouble with your purchase, please contact us.

    Custom Design Services Policies

  • All custom designs require an upfront non-refundable design deposit at the time the order is placed.
  • The designer will make a diligent effort to understand and deliver what the client requests.
  • The client is allowed up to two design changes during the design process at no extra charge.  
    • At the time of the third design change, additional design charges will apply.

  • Final merchandise costs are dependent upon materials used and time and labor involved in design and creation of the custom pieces. That final cost will be invoiced to the client once the final design has been approved.  The invoice is due immediately upon receipt and must be paid in full before merchandise ships.
  • There are no exchanges, refunds, or returns of custom merchandise.
  • All other store policies apply to custom services and merchandise.
  • Privacy Policies

    • We collect and use the information you provide for the purposes of completing your transaction, communicating about your purchase, and informing you about our products and services.

    • By visiting, using, and shopping on our site, you agree with the collection and use of your information in according with the uses stipulated above.

    • We make every effort to keep your contact and payment information private and NEVER give or share your information to others.
